دکتر پژمان خزایی دارای سوابق و تجربیات اجرایی  و پژوهشی و مدیریتی در زمینه مهندسی قدرت و فشارقوی و دیجیتال مارکتینگ می باشد ایشان در سال 1980 در شهر کنگاور بدنیا آمد و تحصیلات خود را تا مقطع دکترا در دانشگاه های فردوسی مشهد و دانشگاه صنعتی خواجه نصیرالدین طوسی ادامه داد. 

دکتر خزایی در پژوهشگاه نیرو به عنوان مجری طرح ترانسفورماتورها و پژوهشگر خطوط و پست های فشار قوی فعالیت نموده است ایشان همچنین سوابق اجرایی و همکاری با سازمان صدا و سیما، برق منطقه ای غرب، آزمایشگاه اپیل، آزمایشگاه صنایع انرژی البرز، شرکت مشاورین موننکو و فعالیت در زمینه دیجیتال مارکتینگ و گواهی نامه تجهیزات ضد انفجار  ATEX  و IECX گواهینامه SIL، ایمنی عملکردی و گواهینامه CE دارند.
